When does the pre-order sale happen?
The online sale opens at 9:00 am PST on Monday, July 13th. Only a limited quantity will be available for online pre-order each day, so some items may be closed for orders at some point during the day but will be replenished starting at 9:00 am the following sale day.

How many can I pre-order?
Please limit your pre-orders to TWO pieces per exclusive per HOUSEHOLD, duplicates will be cancelled.
When am I charged?
You are charged immediately at pre-order checkout.
When will my items ship?
Pre-orders will begin shipping out the weeks of July 27th and August 3rd.
Do you charge tax?
Sales tax is only applied to pre-orders from California.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I order from outside the U.S.?
No, we are only shipping within the United States.
